Purpose-built core smart workshop solutions accelerate your enterprise’s intelligent and digital transformation
The KELCH V9xx-S integrates tool measurement, thermal shrink clamping, length presetting, and tool holder cooling into a single workstation, providing an “one-time setup, fully controlled process” tool pre-processing capability for aerospace precision machining workshops.
The KELCH V6xx fully automatic tool presetter adopts a compact cast-iron body equipped with a dual-camera measurement system, achieving a repeat measurement accuracy of ±2 μm.
To address the three major metrological pain points of half-shafts — large length-to-diameter ratio, multi-feature geometry and proneness to bending deformation — the DSMY series optical shaft measuring instrument adopts fully optical non-contact scanning technology, paired with a high-rigidity granite base, high-precision active rotary spindle and intelligent measurement software algorithms to deliver a fully automatic inspection solution that overcomes the measurement limitations of conventional equipment.
As core precision components in engines and transmission systems, camshafts and double-lobe camshafts are slender shaft parts with irregular profiles, multi-lift surfaces, and phase-sensitive characteristics. They are widely used in the automotive, general machinery, and aerospace industries. Key parameters such as cam lift curves, profile accuracy, angular phase, base circle diameter, concentricity, and runout directly determine the operational efficiency, stability, and service life of powertrain systems.
This case focuses on the 3D scanning and modeling of an aluminum motorcycle engine housing.
Recently, we successfully completed a sample production service for a set of assembled workpieces for a machinery company in South America. With strict detail control and efficient service, we earned high recognition from the customer and subsequently secured multiple bulk orders.
