Purpose-built core smart workshop solutions accelerate your enterprise’s intelligent and digital transformation
This case focuses on the 3D scanning and modeling of an aluminum motorcycle engine housing.
Recently, we successfully completed a sample production service for a set of assembled workpieces for a machinery company in South America. With strict detail control and efficient service, we earned high recognition from the customer and subsequently secured multiple bulk orders.
Due to its complex structure and low rigidity, crankshafts are difficult to measure accurately and efficiently, often suffering from unstable accuracy and human errors. Optical shaft measuring instruments use non-contact optical scanning to complete full-parameter automatic measurement in one clamping, ensuring high precision, zero damage, and high efficiency. They support data analysis, report export, and production line integration.
The core of elemental analysis for 1100 wrought aluminum alloy lies in the accurate determination of key impurity elements such as Fe, Si and Cu. Spark spectrometry, with its advantages of direct solid sample analysis and rapid simultaneous multi-element determination, has become the mainstay of elemental analysis in the modern aluminum industry. ICP-OES provides a powerful supplement in the fields of trace analysis and solution analysis, while XRF and traditional wet chemistry methods still hold their value in specific scenarios.
As a precision component, hydraulic valve cores feature process characteristics such as an extra-long slender shaft, multi-step grooves, thin-walled structure and extremely low rigidity, while requiring stringent assembly fitting accuracy, making them highly difficult to inspect.
To ensure that precision tubular workpieces for mechanical transmission systems meet design and assembly requirements, this solution adopts a high-precision bridge-type CMM with temperature compensation, a Renishaw PH20 5-axis probe, and universal fixtures to conduct full-feature accurate inspection.
