Working principle: Oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in metal and non-metal solid materials are detected by following the inert gas melting principle.A Tc-306 oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen analyzer can be used to determine the oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen content. in the determination of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, the weighed sample is placed in a graphite crucible and melted by high-temperature heating in a helium (argon can be used for measuring oxygen and hydrogen alone) gas flow. The gas in the sample reacts with the carbon in the graphite crucible to generate carbon monoxide(CO), and the nitrogen and hydrogen in the sample escape in the form of nitrogen and hydrogen. These mixed gases are sent to the high-temperature converter by the carrier gas, where carbon monoxide(CO) is converted into carbon dioxide (CO2), and H2 is converted into H2O. Nitrogen does not react. The mixed gas after passing through the reformer is sent to the CO2, infrared detection cell and the H2O infrared detection cell, where carbon dioxide (CO2) and H2O are detected and the oxygen and hydrogen contents are calculated.Then, after the carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) in the mixed gas are absorbed through infrared detection,the remaining nitrogen and helium mixed gas is detected by the thermal conductivity detection cell. The test results are given after computer data processing.

Machine structure

The machine is of modular and integrated design overall. It is a floor-standing unit made of four independent modules, including pulse electrode furnace, gas circuit system, electric control system and detection system, which has a simple and elegant appearance.

The pulse electrode furnace has a high heating temperature and adopts program-controlled power. It can provide a variety of program heating methods such as constant power heating, ramp power heating, and segmented heating. It is suitable for rapid analysis of materials with low melting points such as zirconium alloys and high melting points such as tungsten alloys.

The unique three-axis guide cylinder ensures the balanced lifting and lowering of the electrode, good contact between the graphite crucible and the upper electrode, and uniform force on the graphite crucible, which is conducive to long-term high-temperature heating. The automatic blanking furnace head with air curtain protection and automatic air purge structure effectively ensure the accuracy of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen element analysis.

All gas circuit components (including solenoid valve, cylinder, gas circuit pipe, gas circuit joint) are imported components, and the life of the solenoid valve is more than one million times.

Adopt electronic micro flow sensor to ensure high-precision flow control and minimize the impact of air flow changes on analysis.

The gas circuit is subject to high-precision EPC electronic pressure control with large flow rate, which overcomes the inherent defect of traditional mass flow meter (EFC) that flow control error is caused by changes in medium composition. The control accuracy reaches 0.1%, and the accuracy and detection precision are greatly improved.
