Precision Inspection of Hydraulic Valve Cores-Optical Shaft Measurement Solutions

Optial Shaft Measuring System.webp

As a precision component, hydraulic valve cores feature process characteristics such as an extra-long slender shaft, multi-step grooves, thin-walled structure and extremely low rigidity, while requiring stringent assembly fitting accuracy, making them highly difficult to inspect.

Inspection Pain Points

1. Extremely Small Dimensional Tolerances: The shaft diameter tolerance of valve cores is only 1 μm. Conventional measuring tools like vernier calipers and micrometers, as well as contact inspection equipment, fail to meet stability and precision requirements and cannot satisfy mass production inspection needs.

2. Stringent Geometric Tolerance Requirements: Coaxiality, radial runout, straightness and cylindricity directly determine the sealing performance, hydraulic response speed and service life of valve cores. Traditional inspection equipment cannot achieve one-stop full-parameter measurement, resulting in low efficiency and large accumulated errors.

Solutions

Specially developed for high-precision slender shaft workpieces, this instrument adopts non-contact optical inspection and is perfectly suitable for hydraulic valve core inspection scenarios:

1. Ultra-High Precision & Stable Inspection: Capable of micron-level tolerance detection, with non-contact operation that avoids pressure damage and deformation. Its repeatability and stability far exceed those of traditional contact equipment.

2. One-Key Full-Parameter Automatic Measurement: Realizes automatic output of all key parameters, including coaxiality, radial runout, cylindricity and end-face dimensions with a single clamping.

3. High Efficiency, Quality Improvement & Cost Reduction: Eliminates manual measurement errors, features fast inspection speed and traceable data. It adapts to mass production quality inspection and quality control archiving in workshops, ensures the assembly sealing of hydraulic valve cores and system response accuracy, and significantly improves product qualification rate.
