Recently, we successfully completed a sample production service for a set of assembled workpieces for a machinery company in South America. With strict detail control and efficient service, we earned high recognition from the customer and subsequently secured multiple bulk orders.
The customer required sample production for a set of assembled workpieces consisting of two core components: one could be directly formed by precision machining, while the other needed to be assembled with matching parts after machining. After the customer provided drawings and product images, we conducted multiple rounds of communication to confirm material selection and key process requirements, including heat treatment, carbonitriding and galvanizing. This ensured the workpieces’ hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and overall mechanical properties to meet their application needs.
After all details were confirmed, we started sample production with a clear lead time of 25 days. Before production, we identified missing data for several critical dimensions during drawing review and immediately informed the customer. The customer provided an accurate dimensional range by testing the actual product, avoiding potential risks in sample making.
During sample production, we regularly updated the customer on progress, showed the processing status of each procedure via photos and videos, and verified relevant information. When deviations from the customer’s requirements were found in some data, our technical team promptly adjusted and optimized the process to ensure the accuracy of the samples.
Upon completion of sample production, we finished assembly and commissioning in accordance with the customer’s standards, conducted precise measurements of parameters such as angles and dimensions, and shipped the samples to the customer via the designated logistics provider after confirming compliance. After receiving the samples, the customer performed a full-dimensional inspection and proposed revision suggestions. We quickly optimized and adjusted accordingly, and the final samples fully met their requirements.
The customer highly recognized the sample quality and our response efficiency, and successively placed multiple bulk orders, establishing a long-term and stable cooperative relationship.
