Before Use
1. The water tank must be filled with cutting fluid before use (high-pressure pump).
2. Clean water must be added to the suction and discharge pumps before use; otherwise, pump failure may occur (self-priming pump).
3. After inserting the suction pipe into the storage tank, turn on the suction pump switch. Use the remote switch to avoid a delay in suction start.
4. Use water-soluble and non-water-soluble fluids separately; do not mix.
5. Use within the applicable temperature and pH range. Consult in advance if operating outside the range.
6. An alarm will remind you when the filter paper is used up; please replace it in a timely manner.
7. The unit stops automatically when the cleaning tank reaches maximum or minimum water level (sensor-activated).
8. After use, clean the pump with filtered cutting oil for 1 minute.
Operating Instructions
1. Insert the suction pipe into the cutting fluid tank (to prevent air from entering the suction pipe).
2. Turn on the suction pump (using the remote switch).
3. Suction cutting oil and contaminants (contaminants below 500 μm; high-pressure pump: can handle 10 mm debris).
4. Filtered by the filter paper machine at 30–150 μm and stored in the bottom cleaning tank.
5. Insert the discharge pipe into the cutting fluid tank.
6. Turn on the discharge pump (using the remote switch).
7. Filtered cutting oil is returned to the original cutting fluid tank.
8. The scraper of the filter paper machine separates contaminants.
9. Empty the contaminant tank.
