Gear Measuring Machine

Gear detection, used for cylindrical gear, spiral gear, high-precision gear detection, used to detect single or combined gear, inner ring gear. Gear Train Meshing Clearance Measuring Machine

The meshing clearance of the gear includes radial clearance and tooth side clearance. The measured cylindrical gear and the measuring gear or measuring worm of the standard part are meshed on both sides without clearance, and the center distance between the measured cylindrical gear and the standard part is adjusted in the way of radial movement or swing to evaluate through the value of the measuring sensor.

Automobile Wheel Hub Measuring Machine

The measuring machine is used for automobile wheel hub detection. It adopts manual/robot loading and unloading, automatically completes the measurement cycle, and automatically collects the measurement data. The equipment has the advantages of fast measurement pace, accuracy and reliability, and simple operation.

Crankshaft Measuring Machine

It mainly measures the crankshaft diameter, outer circle runout, roundness and other workpiece dimensions through the center positioning and dynamic measurement of contact sensors.
