The trigger unit is activated when the stylus is subjected to external force and generates radial or axial displacement.

The internal circuit of the probe transmits a trigger signal to the receiver. Optical probes use infrared transmission, while wireless probes adopt 2.4G signal transmission. The receiver then forwards the signal to the machine tool system.

The current coordinates of each machine tool axis are automatically recorded.

The final measurement results are calculated based on the coordinate data of relevant points.
