Working principle: After the oxygen is purified, it is input into a high-frequency furnace (high-temperature furnace) so that the carbon and sulfur in the sample are converted into CO2 and S02 under oxygen-rich conditions. The generated CO2 and S02 are carried by oxygen into the infrared detection unit for detection after passing through dust removal and water purification devices. After a series of data processing, the percentage of carbon and sulfur elements is obtained. At the same time, the residual gas containing CO2, S02 and O2 is discharged to the outside through a dedicated pipeline after exhaust gas absorption.

Gas path system

A. The gas circuit is subject to high-flow and high-precision EPC electronic pressure control: Overcoming the inherent defect of traditional mass flow meter (EFC), that flow control error is caused by changes in medium composition, and the control accuracy reaches 0.1%, and the accuracy and detection precision are greatly improved. B. It is equipped with high-efficiency physical water removal device: The latest physical membrane technology can remove water vapor in the analysis gas due to hydrogen bonds or crystal water in the analysis sample. C. Patented burner design, adopting constant temperature heating device. D. Multi-channel oxygen supply. E. Automatic cleaning and dust removal. F. Multi-stage filtration and dust removal.

High-frequency furnace system

Digital closed-loop control technology is adopted for the high frequency furnace to ensure the consistency of each combustion and improve the analysis accuracy.

Linearization calibration

Unique 2048 breakpoint full-range linear calibration technology, weight linear compensation, pressure, flow, temperature and other compensations, to ensure the analysis accuracy of unknown samples from low content to high content within the full range.

Machine structure

The whole machine is subject to modular (four independent modules: high-frequency furnace, gas circuit system, circuit system, infrared detection system) and integrated design (high-frequency furnace and infrared detection system are integrated). The high-frequency furnace is equipped with high-frequency leakage prevention device, and the whole machine circuit system is equipped with anti-electromagnetic interference device, which can eliminate the unstable analysis results caused by high-frequency interference or electromagnetic interference and the impact of high-frequency radiation on the human body.
