Full computer program-controlled lighting system. The upper lighting adopts a four-phase lamp, while the lower lighting uses a direct light source, enhancing the machine's adaptability. It is also equipped with a luminosity indicator function to guide users and reduce human-induced uncertainties. No manual adjustment or alignment is required for workpiece measurement; the software provides functions for coordinate translation, rotation, and alignment.

The annotation function allows users to directly mark or move dimensions on both the image display and geometric operation areas.

Automatic capture of key geometric elements including points, lines, circles/arcs, as well as endpoints, midpoints of lines, centers of circles, and quadrant points in the geometric operation area.

Integrated SPC (Statistical Process Control) function enables direct generation of control charts, which can be exported to Excel. Mechanical graphics can be directly output in .dxf format, enabling seamless integration with other software such as AutoCAD and Pro/ENGINEER.

The software supports direct import of .DXF files, enabling visual comparison between the magnified real-time workpiece image and the standard design drawing in the measurement area for precise dimensional verification.

Provides in-plane straightness, roundness, and angle analysis for effective quality inspection. Equipped with machine accuracy compensation to enhance measurement precision.

The software of the fully automatic vision measuring machine features a learning function. Users only need to manually measure a workpiece once, and the entire measurement process will be recorded for repeated automatic measurements in the future. No programming is required, making the operation process simple and efficient.

Re-measurement function: This function allows users to redefine measurement methods, lighting conditions, magnification levels, etc., for already measured elements. Once adjusted, the measurement data will be refreshed, and the data of all related elements will be updated simultaneously (e.g., if one of the two lines used to calculate a distance is re-measured, the distance value will be automatically recalculated and updated).

Editing and edge detection status review: The software enables users to modify and edit the edge detection range, light source intensity, magnification, and other parameters for any measured element. It also allows users to review the edge detection status of previously measured elements, including the edge detection position, applied light intensity, magnification level, and original sampling points, providing full visibility and control over the entire measurement process.
