CCMT 2026 Successfully Concludes: Smart Cell Intelligent Manufacturing Cell — Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions for Small-batch & Multi-variety Discrete Manufacturing

At the recently concluded CCMT 2026 China CNC Machine Tool Fair, we collaborated with the Tenoly MT-850B horizontal 5-axis turn-mill machining center. Leveraging data collectors, industrial robots, zero-point positioning systems and digital visual boards – our four core hardware and software solutions – we demonstrated flexible production changeover for three different types of workpieces, building a shop-floor automation cell for high-mix low-volume machining scenarios.
This flexible cell integrates self-developed hardware and software. The data collectors conduct real-time monitoring and analysis of machine status and operational parameters, collecting and summarizing on-site workshop production data comprehensively. Industrial robots complete product loading and unloading as well as rapid fixture replacement, optimizing pre-production setup work for operators. Meanwhile, the zero-point positioning system delivers a repeat positioning accuracy of 0.002 mm, enabling rapid production changeover between multiple processes and machine tools. Workshop production staff, quality inspectors and management personnel can real-time monitor machine tool status, tool wear, product quality and other data via digital visual boards and mobile APPs. It supports real-time scheduling in response to on-site machining conditions and production line anomalies. The four sets of hardware and software work in synergy to advance production preparation, reduce manual intervention, and optimize the operational status of workshop production lines. This effectively improves machine tool utilization and overall manufacturing efficiency, ensuring all products meet high-precision and high-quality standards.

During the exhibition, the professional team of Dilama elaborated on the application of the Smart i4.0 Intelligent System in workshop management and control. The system performs production scheduling and real-time monitoring, and takes direct charge of robot operation and command.
It provided targeted explanations for a series of production line pain points, such as difficulties in workshop process operation and challenges in guaranteeing product quality consistency under the high-mix low-volume discrete manufacturing mode.
